I'm going to try to get back into the habit of posting my meal plan for the week on Sundays. It helps to have some accountability so I actually get around to cooking. I'm not going to post any more weight updates since I reached my goal and am maintaining in the 145-148lb range.
Meal Plan:
Breakfast Burritos - egg, potato, Applegate Farms Sunday bacon, cheese (Daiya vegan cheese for me) in whole wheat tortillas. Alex and I will have either chopped green chilies or some hot sauce with ours.
Hamburgers - on whole wheat buns. Raw veggies with hummus and a salad for sides.
Grilled Cod - quinoa with sauteed veggies for a side. (Zucchini, yellow squash, onion, garlic, fresh herbs.)
Salad - with grilled chicken, beets, sunflower seeds. (Had this last month. So yummy.)
